Today sounds like it is going to be a lot like yesterday but probably worst. A really wet day. Nope, we didn't get any rain here but with the heat and high humidity, just being outside for a few minutes would make you completely wet. Today the heat index will be in the triple digits. I'm not sure that a jogger couldn't come down with pneumonia sucking in all that moisture laden air. What do I know? I know I'll probably not be jogging for one thing.

Speaking of wet. We took the animals to the vet yesterday for a couple yearly shots each. When we let Tomi out of the crate at the vets, I notices his paws were leaving wet prints on the table. I mentioned it thinking he might have wet the crate on the trip. Not so. We weren't aware that when cats get nervous they sweat through their paws. Did you know that? Tomi came home acting sick and is still a long way from normal this morning. Hope that passes pretty quick.
