January 2, 2005

No big plans are on Glenda's list today and from what I was able to see there are no small plans either. There isn't too large a need for daily planning when one doesn't have a job. Sure we're surrounded with 'to do's' and some of them we may, but there isn't any big need to plan for them. That would take away some of the carefree out of our everyday. At our age we need to hang on to as much carefree of our choosing as we can, rather than wait for the possibility of nature and old age to slip in and dump a load of it upon us.

The second day of 2005 looks a lot like the first and as far as that goes the likeness to 2004 is still prominent in our view. Nothing wrong with 2004 but everyone appreciates a change now and then. We haven't been anywhere to try for the Collard Greens (for money) results yet but the Black-eyed Peas (for luck) has already worked. We each had another day bestowed upon us!

May your blessed new day be filled with what ever your heart desires.......With-in reason of course.

"There are no mistakes, no coincidences. All events are blessings given to us to learn from."~Elizabeth Kubler-Ross
