I got carried away this morning, checking out some things on the computer. Did you ever wonder what exactly they did in doing an autopsy. Well the link tells you and it isn't a gory thing either. This place took a little of my time but it was interesting.

Yesterday was great! Got a lot done helping Carl at trimming bushes in his back yard. I seem to have used some muscles that doesn't usually get much of a workout. They are showing a bit of their dissatisfaction this morning. When I bend over they make themselves known as well as when I move while lying down, standing or sitting in a chair. Their just about seven inches above being a real pain-in-the-ass. I'm comfortable with the idea that I can work it our but it's not worth the pain at this time. Yeah, they're in my lower back.

We're going to meet the Truesdell's, Ruthie and another couple from Yuma at the Frontier this morning so I've got to get.........
