YIPPEE! We've been granted another day! Now what we make of it is almost entirely up to us. Even at that some folks will have a bad day as some will have a good day. Some may even have a very good day. That last one is what we've got our sights set on. A gun will shoot low when sighting uphill and high when shooting downhill. We may hit a little higher than very good because we're on the downhill side of life.

Yesterday was very enjoyable with the visits, the food and the ballgame ending like it did. Everyone here kind of wanted the Patriots to win but Glenda, she didn't care which team won. We didn't think it was quite proper for all of us to root for the same team and it being Glenda didn't care, we assigned her to root for the Eagles. It was still a bit one sided but we felt better about it, especially when we won. Poor Glenda was the only loser in the bunch and she did a lot of cooking and fixing for the lot of us. Maybe she'll get her reward at the casinos when we make it back to one. I'm not too whipped up about going anywhere today. Unfortunately I have only one vote to Glenda's two. How that ever came to pass I'll never know.

I took the walk yesterday and only found four golf balls. I'm thinking I'll walk up the hill and down the road that boarders a different golf course today to give some time for some balls to land along my regular route. Looking for golf balls is about as exciting as looking for mushrooms and you needn't worry about the ticks, chiggers or sprout slaps. The paths are paved and there isn't large hills to go up and down just a good grade or two. The only real negative is you can't eat the golf balls.

So be it as it will or influence your day toward the very good.

A song title: "If My Nose Were Full of Nickels, I'd Blow It All On You". I don't believe I ever heard that.
