Glenda took what we thought might be a money making trip yesterday but our thoughts were badly out of whack! (I tried many different words besides whack but like the rest of the day I failed!) She did come home to a nice grilled steak and salad that I fixed. I can't help but wonder her lack of thanks. I guess together this long and my so many times fixing supper, it is just a granted? And you thought I didn't do anything!
A few stops to pick up the free treasures are on our list today. I have no idea what we'll do with all of this junk. Few are really usable. We have two binoculars still in their boxes that a four year old kid wouldn't want. An ice cream scoop with two dishes, four nice picture frames, twelve black cups, six nice chess and checker games, two five piece kitchen utensil sets, four barber sets, and the list goes on. We can't get any of them home unless we can talk Randy into hauling some of them back for us. He has said he would but he hasn't seen the stack yet.
Home for us is only about ten days away. Russell called and caused us some worry by telling of five houses down his street (Y19K2) that had been burglarized sometime last week. He walked around our place and said it looked un-entered but he didn't go inside. Whatever will be will be I suppose. Nothing we can do sitting out here.
