Another nice day and the rain has been moved back a day giving us another chance to do some work around the outside. I haven't been thinking very well lately and so far I haven't been able to come up with a reason to put the work off. I have a bad feeling we're going to get all the remaining leaves gathered and burned today. I can't see that it needs it. I suppose that means my eyesight has traveled off along with my thinking where ever that may be.
I really wanted to laze around another day but I'm afraid I may be forced to modify my plans.
I did catch five Crappie this morning but I had to work for them. The lake was very still this morning and the tree pollen etc. had pretty well scrummed up around the dock at 6:00. That made the fishing less than a happy time but we stayed the course. Around 7:45 the wind picked up and moved it on but it seemed like the fish moved on too.
Speaking of moving on.....................I hear Glenda calling!
