An April fools joke? Glenda called me from the Fiesta to tell me my free cash, which was expected to be around $5 was worth $100 this time. She asked if I wanted to drive in and play it myself. I declined and suspected a joke but she sounded so sincere. To shorten it up, she brought me $120 home. She hadn't been joking! She had gone ahead and played it as I had suggested, turning it into $120. She also turned her free $5 into $10. Those happenings really made my happy staying at home even happier! I did give her a little of the money back to play another day.
Counting today we have only three days that we could slip in a little play if we should so desire. We still plan to leave out of here dark and early Tuesday morning. At least the savings time won't cost us anything this trip. In times past we've been caught on the road when the time changes. That hour loss is a real pain when traveling!
Glenda has a lot to do today so I'd better get off here and get outside. I go out and act like I'm doing something so Glenda won't feel like I'm fluffing off while she does all of the work. It usually works out pretty good that way. She likes to do everything her way! When I'm out and about there are a lot of problems avoided.
Great ideas often receive violent opposition from mediocre minds.~Albert Einstein
