We've got an appointment with the chemo doctor in Columbia this morning. At this time we don't know if chemo is a thing to be or not. I suspect we'll pretty much learn about that today since Glenda was the subject at the meeting of all the doctors yesterday. Unless something changes we have an appointment with the radiation doctor tomorrow right after an appointment with Doctor Dale who is the main man in this case and did the operating on the knee.
On the subject of another little shitty problem, we had some septic tank people out yesterday and after spending $560 discovered that our septic systems drain field isn't anymore and will need to be repaired right away. They were supposed to call us back with an estimate yesterday but failed to do so. Can't wash any clothes and no shit could become more than just an expression around here. I'll try to call them before we leave this morning but my hopes of catching him aren't very high based on our past experiences.
It does seem like most every thing I type is a bit on the negative side but it isn't meant to be. It is just a stating of a few things that is constant with life and we accept them as we thankfully accept life! Just bumping along, singing a song, side by side.
Life is a long lesson in humility.~James M. Barrie
