The Struebbe's called and told us of their plan to take Glenda to her next to last treatment today and I even get to ride along. This probably means a meal at one of those pay to eat places. That won't be all that unusual for Glenda but for me..........WOW!
She and Ruthie met her mother and aunt yesterday then they all traveled to Lebanon for some shopping. I got a shirt and five huge boxes of Russell Stover candy. I mean boxes of 13 inches long by 4 inches deep and 10 inches wide just filled with many individully wrapped packages of candy. Like the one box had 10 packages of jellybeans and cost only $1.25. For some reason I don't feel all that well this morning.
The temp here this morning is only 57 degrees and it still looks rainy but I don't think rain is in the forecast. The high is reported as to be only into the lower 70's by the end of the day. Long pants clothe my legs today. The leaves of the trees seem to be enjoying the cool weather too, as the breeze blows them they do what looks like a pretty happy little dance jiggling up and down then back and forth.
You figured out that I've nothing to say again pretty quick didn't you?
Anyone who uses the phrase 'easy as taking candy from a baby' has never tried taking candy from a baby.~Unknown
