The results of Glenda's yesterday tests sounded really good with the specks in her lungs not any different than before and that is the most common place her type cancer metastasis to. After that a stutter was put in our step with the conclusion that the two nodules on her liver may have increased somewhat in size. It could be that the stuff they run thru the veins just made the picture brighter this time making the growths only appear to be larger. In short, a much more painful biopsy is being scheduled as I type. This one will be several pokes instead of just the one. Glenda is not looking forward to this at all. Neither of us are worried about the possibility of the growths being cancerous but we need to be sure.
They want to see her again on December 13, if as we/they believe nothing negative will come from the biopsy.
I just got the message that the biopsies will be performed on September 30 at 7:00 am at the University Hospital in Columbia.
Today she is driving herself to Jeff City for a dentist appointment takeing Mary Jo along for the ride..........and in case it gets too painful to drive. The back of her leg looks to be blistering a little and it's causing her a lot of pain right now.
They can conquer who believe they can.~Virgil
