September 29, 2005

Glenda's leg is a lot better this morning. I suspect that it will still get a little lame about mid-afternoon but what was sore yesterday morning isn't as sore today. Compared to awhile back, it's looking pretty good too.

Now she is into a very strong dread about biopsy of the growth on her liver tomorrow. She isn't worrying about what the results might be, just the procedure. I think they said they would be taking four or five samples. They also said that there would probably be a large bruise in the area where they put the needle in and she might hurt a little later. Because of the last time we think she may be kept overnight again.

We won't know the results for several days but we'll try to keep you posted.

Anyway, we'll be leaving around 5:00 in the morning so I doubt that I'll post anything tomorrow. That way at least some folks can have a little happy bit of relief.

Writing gives you the illusion of control, and then you realize it's just an illusion, that people are going to bring their own stuff into it.~David Sedaris
