I went to the dock yesterday and made one cast. Caught a 11 inch Crappie then quit. No need to screw around with an average like that. Went down this morning and caught another 11 inch crappie then went stupid and tried to catch more. Out of the next 63 casts I did manage to catch 2 (throw backs) that were about eight inches long. I also caught a limb of the Crappie bed. It had a very odd jelly like thing growing around it. It looked like a miniature pineapple about 3 inches in diameter and 4.5 inches long but you could hold it up to the light and see that it was pretty transparent. I may send you a picture later.
You probably won't believe this but Glenda is going with Ruthie today. They need to pick up a few things and for sure they need to buy a few dollars worth of Power Ball tickets. I just said a few dollars worth but I'm hoping that one of the tickets will be worth a heck of a lot more after the drawing. It doesn't make a bit of difference how many tickets are sold, your remote chance to win will remain the same and it is a little better than none to zero. The odds are based on the numbers not the quantity of tickets sold.
We must believe in luck. For how else can we explain the success of those we don't like?~Jean Cocteau
