Cloudy and some rain in the forecast makes for a perfect day to lay around reading and watching the NASCAR race. The only 'too bad' that I can think of is I'm on my last book and the library isn't open. I may be forced to dig around and read a Sandra Brown love story. Skip thru some of the scenes and those books aren't too bad.
Things with my middle are going just fine. Mostly the getting up or the sitting down is where the problem lies. A minute or so after getting set, the pain or ache goes away as is the same with standing. I can understand what the doctor meant now when he told me that I might be tempted to cheat and lift something before the three weeks are up. He strongly advised me to pass up on any such temptations. It is pretty hard for me to remember that there is a problem now that things feel so good.
A nice day for oneself is best achieved by working toward making it a nice day for another. DO IT!
