Hang on sloopy, sloopy hang on! Just one more day after today and things are supposed to slow down on the lake. I'm thinking our dock might make it one more time. Of course we have no electricity to the dock now and it would be neigh on impossible to repair as you need both hands to hold on with. Even if I could work one hand loose I would need some kind of guide to deliver the screwdriver tip to a screw head. We darn sure won't be on the dock anyway so there isn't a pressing need for electricity there at this time anyway.
A cool day but the boats and wave runners make way too much noise to open the doors and windows. Had the scanner on last night and it was very busy. In my semi-sleep state I didn't quite get all of any of the happenings but plan to read the on-line papers pretty thoroughly this morning and tomorrow morning.
I plan to rest my rear in the old recliner as I read my last available book before another trip to the library. Late evening there will be the NASCAR race to watch. Always plenty to do around here but plenty to do also gives me plenty not to do also. I'm going to do plenty today. As I do my chosen plenty there will be a lot more plenty that I'll not be doing today.....huh?
