December 18

Looking out the window it's hard to believe that just across the cove, all brown with no snow showing at all, stands pretty much the same hills as on this side. Our side, facing mostly North with a little bit of West, is all very snow covered. With today being forecast to be near 50 I think that will change a little. More something that could be nothing is supposed to arrive here in time for the weekend.

There are many instants that come to my mind where something is nothing and the first one to roll out the head is this daily note. If I keep doing it there continues the possibility that one of these days I'll stumble across a way to put the agglomeration of thoughts into a more interesting manner. Something at least that might be of more interest than the usual quotes tacked onto the bottom of said messages.

We have verbally committed to the American Standard heat pump that should have installation beginning on Thursday. I do like staying at home and with the choice being mine makes it even better. Now with the $4100 cost of the heat pump, that choice will be pretty much taken away. That sure lessens my stay at home happiness very much. Money is a nice thing to have and it usually allows for trips to town or where ever but without it, one is pretty much homebound!
