December 28

Well, no outside unit hooked up yet which leaves us only our half-assed heat but it still warms us okay. Getting me pretty warm under the collar too! The guy said due to the heavy mist and because a refrigerating unit shouldn't be opened in wet conditions he'll hook'er all up when the weather permits and even suggested that might not happen until Monday. Even tho they worked on Christmas Eve I guess they don't work weekends. It is rainy this morning but looks like we'll miss out on anything bad. I'm thinking he could come this afternoon but I predict he won't.

Dory has an Eldon trip planned today, with of course a stop at the bowling alley. I on the other hand, still wallowing in this great life of retirement, have formed no plans at all. If the mood strikes I may go with her or I may give the fish a chance to visit our refrigerator or I guess I could read. There is just an endless array of things to do should I want and an even greater mass of things that need done that I really should do........and I will sometime.

One of the bulbs in a three bulb fixture doesn't light up and I know what the problem is but I don't want to mess with it now. Someone stepped on a Christmas light outside squashing it good but it didn't affect the others and I don't want to replace it now. I've got a ton of clothes laying across one of the beds with another ton in the closet that need to join them. They need sorted out as to keep or donate but I don't want to do it now. The closets downstairs are..............Ah, there is a never ending list but you get the picture here and I suspect a lot of you have your own list of need to's that you don't want to.
