Dory is busy today working with 30 pounds of potatoes or more, a slew of onions, bottles of mustard, jars of mayonnaise, boiled eggs, celery seeds and whatever else that is supposed to be included to make potato salad. This is for Lena's 90th birthday deal on Saturday. So far I've only been able to test the boiled potatoes and they passed, but I like potatoes fixed almost anyway at all.
She did take a few minutes to fix us a bit of lunch then right back to it. I'm waiting awhile before going back up for a further test because the soup for lunch is holding pretty good.
While Dory cooked I did respond to a call over the hill to help a friend get his wife out of the car and into the house. Anywhere you might want to go down here there are steps and the second day after a back operation is a dangerous time to be going down a bunch of steps without as much help as can be accommodated. We got her tucked in just fine.
They say talk is cheap, but I also know that talk from here does take some of your time reading it and time is a very valuable. Thanks for your expenditure! A possible less expensive way for you might be if you just sent us some money for us not to type anymore.
