I don't believe in being sick and refuse to be, but for a little over a week now my body has been going thru a process of some kind that made it a little less comfortable than it usually is. Today most of that discomfort seems to gone. The body is still trying to expel a few remnants of the process such as producing a little cough now and then in an attempt to dissipate the wheezing instigators. All in your head I say, all in your head.
You know that a healthy person without a little mind control can be made sickly just by several people telling him he doesn't look well. Silly isn't it? With Glenda telling me several times a day and everyone she talked to that I was sick and had the flu or something, then with the effect the process had on my voice causing folks whom I talked with in person or on the phone to tell me how bad I sounded, my resolve took a hell of a beating. Thank goodness I was still able to retain a little mind control or I might have ended up in the hospital or possibly even dead by now. It's surly true that sticks and stones can break your bones, but I believe with the right frame of mind, words can never make you sick.
