March 6

A pretty good round yesterday with a few shop stops that Dory wanted, a really good lunch at the Red Lobster with Lena and then a short visit with her after we took her home. Seems Dory's pleasure was spread out over the whole day while mine was fairly well subdued till the red Lobster visit where it humped up enough to help carry me on.

I doubt that most anyone would believe that Lena is ninety years old. I mean we had to wait for her to get home from the bowling alley where her team made up some games they couldn't bowl yesterday. A couple of the team was snowed in even tho Jeff City was snowless, at least one side of town was. The eastside got as much as three inches we're told. She drove herself in around 2:15 after which we loaded up and headed for the restaurant.

Dory holds the card deck but I think she said there was a quick trip to Osage Beach today in it. She won some tickets from the radio station to something and we need to go pick them up. Just found out that the tickets are to "RAIN, THE BEATLES EXPERIENCE" and is at the fabulous Fox Theater in Saint Louis, Sunday afternoon. $120 worth of free tickets mean woe woe woe to me. The tickets are priced from $30 to $45 but I suspect for free would mean the $30 ones which she got four of.
