A good time can't really be forced but with the proper attitude you can make yourself think it is when it ain't. Glenda is dangling in front of me on a stick, a bag containing several days worth of happiness and it appears that I'll need to drive to Boonville to reach it.
The alternative doesn't sound too good. If I don't reach the bag by noon she said that she will flush it down the stool and I could look forward to a bunch of very crappy days around here.
We didn't get to see Lena on mother's day so we're going to meet her in Boonville. The plan includes all of us spending the night there in some Lena provided free rooms. Also there is promised, lot's and lot's of free food. As great as the frees sound, in the end spending will probably be the more potent word.
What the heck? Free all you can eat food, served along with a huge bag of happiness is quite an incentive. No matter what it might cost......I'm outta here!
