February 3

Not a lot to be said about yesterday other than it's gone and today has taken it's place. We're given another chance to hopefully make good in some way for us as well as others. You know that after a day is past it's gone for good and it's impossible to go back to change anything. That might be a good thing to keep in mind full time. A wasted day didn't stop your body from aging nor the wind from blowing.

Don't let your days go to waste! Too many flushed days could find a man gone without living a huge portion of his life. Or so old and decrepit that he can only sit and daydream about things he should have or could have done. Geez! It must have been something I read.

I've got a huge 'useless' list of things I want to accomplish today. You know how it goes, when Glenda arrives on the scene is when my list becomes useless and her list mysteriously becomes the only one. You would think her list would be a 'WE DO' but it isn't, it is just a 'LARRY DO' list. Stupid me, I'm lovin' it!

Retired life is grand and as you can see I really have got to search hard to find something to complain about. I search hard because based on all my years of experience and noting how they do it on the news, people want to hear of trials and tribulations of life rather than any happy stuff.

So as it really is, is not necessarily said. It's kind of like reaching in after you've mixed up a bunch of words, grabbing a handful then throwing them at the computer. You get to read what sticks. That could be good ....or that could be bad. Either way the old emergency delete button works just fine.

Happy begets happiness. Make someone happy today.
