A warm beginning was 60* at 5:00 and by 10:30 it was up to 77*. Another walk over the hill is in the plan but instead of the road. Glenda is going to join Mikey and I today and we're going to tromp through the woods in hopes of finding a couple mushrooms. Haven't found any at all for the last several days but knowing change could happen hope still abounds. With Obama's change we're just filled with hope that we don't end up living on fish and wild polk greens.
Back from the 126th mile walk around the horn. Glenda looked for mushrooms but didn't find any and I only found one. It should have been found a day or two earlier, it's a little dry, but we'll eat the thing anyway.
Off now to Osage Beach to pick up a few vittles. We'll probably have a 99 cent McDonalds double cheese and a few fries while out and about. Then to round out the walking exercise about five games of bowling. All you can bowl for $5 each and 5 games is about all we can bowl.
