Another nice day has been allocated to us and we're thankful! We must keep a positive attitude and not allow the little incidentals like the need to mow and blow again or the selfish weekenders screaming by in their boats as they attempt to force some gratification out of their nautical vessels. I would imagine that some of the drinking, speeding and loud exhausts are necessary to drown out and push to the back of their minds the knowledge and worry of such a huge investment. A very large losing investment that they will use on weekends for only five or six months out of the year. The need to ignore reality is so great it leaves no room for any consideration of the poor dumb-asses that have outgrown the desire but still live on the lake............But so far our dock remains cabled to the bank and is still floating.
I may reek of experience but they still stir my ire and I don't have a glass bottomed boat.
