Well, I slept in till 4:30 this morning but I'm still pretty tired. Our 90 year old neighbor fell down his stairs Wednesday but didn't tell anyone until yesterday. The pain got bad enough that he called Mark who took him to the emergency room. He has 3 broken ribs a knot on his head and a bad place on his hand and elbow. Last night around midnight he called for me to come down. He was really in a lot of pain but still refuses to take any pain medication but hurt enough last night to take two aspirins. I sat around with him till 2:00, did a few things for him then came home.
Now in the morning I'll get up very early, like 2:45 a.m.. I need to get Glenda to the Columbia airport by 5:00 a.m. My sister who lives alone in Kerrville, Texas got pneumonia in one lung. She got to feeling so bad that she took Glenda's advise and called an ambulance to take her to the emergency room. The thoughts are that she will be released from the hospital Monday but she's still too weak to care for herself so Glenda is flying down to help her out.
It's supposed to start snowing later tonight and continue through Monday. Just hope it isn't too bad in the morning!
