Yesterday that heavy humidity finally turned into rain drops and showered upon us 2.4" of that wet stuff called rain..............That is if my neighbor didn't mess with our rain gauge.
Whatever, it failed to empty the air. I spent about seven minutes in the shower this morning followed by another hour of shower. It showered on me for the whole hour of my wade and more is in the forecast. What a blessing, can't live without it!
Gave a little thought to the extra carbon that I emit during the walks which caused me to pay special attention to the trees and plants along my route. Noticed that the ones just prior to my reaching the top of some of these hills and for several yards beyond are fuller that those along the level. Isn't nature amazing? When I'm huffing, emitting the most carbon and sucking the oxygen the hardest, the plants happily accept it and then in turn, with their more leafed condition return an extra allotment of oxygen just where I'm most in need of it.
And..........I haven't even seen a bull over the last many years.
