Each of the three of us were a little disappointed in the results of our trip yesterday with the free buffet being a piss poor highlight of the day. One would think that a barbequed pork steak couldn't help but be good but that wasn't the case with this deli styled 1/4 inch thick piece of meat that you had to fish out of the thick gravy like sauce that it was sunk in.
They had some other eatery items like fried fish and chicken but when we go out to eat those are about the last things that would ever tweak a desire in me. Even so there was enough stuff to amply fill the huge temporary storage area that I carry with me every where I go.
It did take a moderate cash outlay to obtain our free piss poor food buffet but I'm sure we're still going to be okay although another insult to the injury was noted this morning when I stepped on the scales. Seems like a lot of that stored stuff wasn't temporary after all.
