October 2, 2005

I've let the dog out so he could go then fed him. I've cleaned the cat's litter box and fed him. Thank goodness all a human has got to do is push the flush lever but I've fed Glenda too. I fixed myself a couple of eggs and Glenda a bowl of oats. Man that oatmeal making is a very easy thing in this day and age. Push a couple of pieces of bread down into the toaster and toast pops up. Put a little butter and jelly on them and Walla! You have breakfast cooked.

Today is a NASCAR race day so we'll probably hang pretty close to home. Glenda does want to clean up the vehicles interiors, bless her heart. She wanted me to wash the exteriors but the threat of impending rain has pretty well nixed that chore, bless my heart.

Glenda is feeling good this morning, she is threatening to go without the bandage to cover her leg. The place is dry and looks like that would work but it sure makes my legs weak thinking about it. I believe it still need to be protected but I could be wrong.

Do not anticipate trouble, or worry about what may never happen. Keep in the sunlight.~Benjamin Franklin
