Man, the walk around is sure good exercise! At this time of the year it is even more so. It doesn't take long for the shorts to become wetted which causes the pant legs to cling to your thighs. This creates an extra bit of necessary energy expenditure to power through the cling.
Also the constant flinging and flaying of my arms and hands requires extra energy too. When walking along the main road folks slow down when driving by. Most believe me to be a very addlepated person as I fling, flay and utter a constant string of near foul words, but I don't care. Those damn horse flies draw blood with every bite!
In the walk yesterday there was a light rain falling. This intensified the pant leg cling problem but horse flies don't seem to swarm in the rain.
Today Glenda is making me take her and Ruthie out to a buffet lunch. Ah, to ever please a woman.
