The day was well under way when we finally got up. 6:30 was a pretty late start for us, but still, only to have the chance to start at all is exciting. I don't think the extra sleep was worth shorting our day for. We probably saved a little on electricity because no lights were required to make our way through the house. Trying to think back, I may have turned them on out of habit. Anyway we're up and at'um now, worrying about the long holiday weekend.
Glenda is washing a load of stuff and I have my hearing aids in. The loud washer being just behind me doesn't make for a very pleasant sitting. I'm thinking you'll think, thanks to the washer if I quit now.
Go ahead and be thankful!
If you don't learn to laugh at trouble, you won't have anything to laugh at when you are old.
