Yesterday was as good a day or better than you might expect. Glenda gets up, cleans up, dresses then lays back in bed to keep her leg up as high as she can. She gets several well wishing phone calls a day and a few walk in visitors too. I think that along with the prayers, the cards and the many emailed good wishes that she has been getting has been a lot of help in keeping her spirits up. A couple of times when we've been alone her mind slips to thinking about "what is or might be" and it's pretty damn hard on her till we can get the mind back out of there. Mostly she is pretty up and stays out of that area of thought! She sure has some good mind power!
I didn't feel like typing yesterday and that feeling has run over into today but I thought I would force a note just to let you know. OVERALL, THINGS ARE PRETTY DOG-GONE GOOD HERE AND WE'RE VERY, VERY THANKFUL FOR ALL WE'VE BEEN GIVEN!
