September 14

Well as it goes and it could be an argumentative subject but my old carrier covering is in no need of any repairs, not even a spot that should be watched as time flows. However, the results of the close scrutiny of Dory's covering was a little different. The doctor removed one small mole to have a biopsy of and asked her to keep a sharp eye on another. She has an appointment in two weeks to have the stitches removed. Neither the doctor or either of us have any fear of the forthcoming results at this time.

The doctor was female, thin, not my type and she went about her business with my body in a pretty professional manner. The aforementioned happily averted any heating of my body by the doctor's soft searching caresses of the mass. She wore glasses and she had huge blue eyes. As she touched and peered at my skin I watched her eyes from the other side of the magnifying glass that she was looking thru. Believe me, she had huge blue eyes.

She didn't actually say that I was a wise person but as she touched and looked she kept saying wisdom spot, wisdom spot, wisdom spot. I wasn't happy with all the million whale like looking incrustations on my body but after I found out they were only wisdom spots the unhappiness faded to be replaced with a peaceful knowledge that I am one very, very wise person. The sick name for the barnacles is "Seborrheic Keratoses". No sweat with these so called, "barnacles of time or age spots". Personally, I like the term “wisdom spots” it seems to be so much more fitting, at least for me.

The scornful nostril and the high head gather not the odors that lie on the track of truth.~George Eliot
