The morning began with me trying to discuss the Georgia Fulton County schools wanting to pay students to stay in school a little longer. Some of my thoughts cause an intense delivery of them which Dory says is nothing more than ranting. But here now, what do you think of the idea of paying students approximately $8 an hour, and have them be eligible for bonuses if their grades improve. I want to go back to school!

I believe Dory should be able to recognize ranting very easily. She is a very proficient ranter and turning the hearing aids off doesn't seem to lessen the seemingly importance of the message either!

Speaking of death, have you ever wondered why the custom is to bury people laying on their backs? You always hear, "he/she looks so good". How does laying there dead look good to others? Not all who die were mean and nasty enough for others to think they look good dead. "He looks like he is sleeping". How many people do you know sleep on their back with their hands on their chest and how many people have really watched the person sleep anyway? Would it be so terrible to curl a man/woman up on their side and place their hands under the cheek so they could really look comfortable? In funeral services, the body is most always put on display. Many cultures feel that the deceased should be presented looking his/her finest. Excuse me, I might think of one or two folks that could possibly look better dead but I would never ever say it.
